Description P Nienaber 2004-10-25 12:56:27 UTC
The link above is to the bug that wasn't replaced with the appropriate duplicate-of bug when closed as a dupe.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mark bug A as dependent on bug B.
2. Close bug B citing it being a duplicate of bug C

Actual Results:
Deps of bug A stay the same. This is bad.

Expected Results:
Deps of first bug should reflect bug C.

Looks like a dup.

I don't see what strikethrough text has to do with bug deps not being *replaced* when a depended-on bug is marked as a dupe of another. This is not the same thing at all, and shouldn't be *optional*, unlike the strikethrough issue. Reopening.

The strikethrough issue has been fixed in our test implemented, which we should be implementing into production soon (within a week or two).

This wasn't an issue with strikethrough. I could, however, make some test bugs once bugzilla is updated to see if *this* bug still exists. Keep me posted when it's updated?
