ebuild for syncthing-gtk

Hi,

Please find attached the ebuild for syncthing-gtk that I've been using for a while in my personal overlay.

syncthing-gtk is a frontend for the syncthing file synchronization program which is already in the portage tree (net-p2p/syncthing). Lots of people prefer this over the standard web interface.

Unfortunately there is a big problem with syncthing-gtk: it requires Python2, which is now less than 6 months away from reaching end of its life. Maybe some other developers feel differently but I personally would not add this package to the official tree until it has officially been ported to Python 3.

That said, once that is taken care of I shall be happy maintain it in the tree.
