one can see that there should be something, but it's only blank. i'm using kde and there's some space next to my gaim icon (wich has a gray background). this space looks like an extension of the background of my gaim icon background with the only difference that it has the functionallity of the tray icon :). the tray simply seems to miss the icon, so to say.
