This bug is intended to grant Matthew Thode (prometheanfire) approval to sign a contract on behalf of the foundation to grant Corporate Capitol Inc. Power of Attorney.  This Power of Attorney will facilitate Corporate Capitol Inc. in obtaining historical IRS filings and status.

Motion: Given a majority vote of trustees, Matthew Thode is authorized to sign and enter into a contractual agreement with Corporate Capitol Inc. on behalf of the Gentoo Foundation.
