I've been running ivtv-0.2.0-rc2 on the latest gentoo-dev-sources for a while and it is working great....much better than older versions.  The attached ebuild is simply a copy/modification of the rc1 ebuild.  Can it be added to the portage tree?

later, I need to get all the kinks out of the current ebuild, and test the new versions
