Please find attached scizzor-1.3.3.ebuild, an ebuild to compile the Scizzor plugin for XMMS (http://www.xmms.org) and BeepMP (http://www.sosdg.org/~larne/w/BMP_Homepage).  It includes workarounds that can be removed once beep-config is fixed (see comments in ebuild).  For now, I've assumed that future versions won't fix it, since the workaround just creates a symlink and a directory if they don't already exist.  I suggest media-plugins/scizzor for this package.

beep-config is fixed in the new -r3 release of beep-media-player, which is now in CVS. Sync in two hours and you can verify this.
Please adjust your ebuild accordingly :)

use doesn't output the useflag anymore, the ebuild is probably not working now.

split the ebuild for xmms and for bmp.

XMMS is now obsolete, although still in Portage and somewhat supported, we're not accepting any more related packages.
