p7zip-4.10 is out. It seems the program now uses the 7-zip versioning scheme. Hence the jump to ver 4.10

There are some problems here (7za segfaults), apparently caused by '-static' flag.
Removing 'static' from makefile.machine solves it.

As this is not common (do not happen on my test machines) Could You please open new bug, and provide more details?
1. architecture
2. glibc version
3. gcc version.
4. `emerge info` should be also ok.

Ok, new bug filed: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=69194

I'll update glibc and gcc tonight and will try if it helps.
