The source and homepage URIs for dmake 4.1 are wrong. Luckily the archive is on the mirrors, so emerging still works. The source can now be found at:
http://public.activestate.com/gsar/dmake-4.1pl1-src.tar.gz

I have not found the homepage for dmake; there is possibly no one anymore. The manual page is online at http://tools.openoffice.org/tools/dmake.html which atleast has some information and could be used instead.
