Description Scott McKenzie 2004-10-23 01:20:16 UTC
Submitting ebuild for new version of streamtuner. Modified streamtuner-0.12.4.ebuild and removed src_unpack as there no longer appears to be sandbox errors to workaround. PLugins are included in this release and no longer need to be installed seperately. I'm not sure how to ensure they are unmerged first.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Just a quick note that all the old streamtuner-* plugins are now included in this ebuild. I don't know if this is intentional or not.
Comment 3 Scott McKenzie 2004-10-25 15:43:39 UTC
From the streamtuner website:
The plugins have been included in the core distribution, and can now be disabled in the preferences.

It would probably be prudent to un-merge the streamtuner-* plugins before emerging this one.

This ebuild seems to work fine over here. I removed my old plug-ins first.

added to cvs.

does streamtuner really need scrollkepper?
according to the streamtuner website scrollkepper isn't listed as dependency,
and scrollkepper was 15 other packages as dependencies, very small packages i know, but is really need install all these stuff that isn't listed as dependency?
I just emerged gtk+, curl, dev-libs/libxml, then emerged streamtuner with "--nodeps --oneshot" keys and everything seems working fine here.
Note that i don't have taglib installed, and i haven't time enough to test all plugins,(i installed a few minutes before ;-) but xiph, shoutcast, live 365, basic.ch are working fine.
is taglib only needed for the local plugin?
thank's in advance.
