Comment 3 Jacob Perkins 2002-08-21 13:26:17 UTC
Needs updated libgcrypt and libksba to build
Comment 4 Nicholas Wourms 2002-08-21 15:43:29 UTC
Will you be making an ebuild for OpenSC as well?
Comment 5 Jacob Perkins 2002-08-21 16:40:30 UTC
It wasn't in my plans since I have no need for smart card support, but I'll give
it a shot.
Comment 6 Jacob Perkins 2002-08-21 16:46:52 UTC
Actually, opensc requires pc/sc lite to build, and for right now since I have no
need of smart card software, I'm not going to make an ebuild for either package.
It shouldn't be too hard to do for opensc, though.

Jacob,

is it worth it to add this into portage, since this will be all in gnupg-2.0?
Comment 8 Jacob Perkins 2002-08-26 10:42:03 UTC
Well, I have no idea when gnupg-2.0 will come out, so anyone that is using
gpgme and needs access to gpgsm will need this in the meantime. I personally
have no need of it, but I did an update ebuild for gpgme, so I figured I might
as well do gpgsm too. Same goes for libksba, only necessary if using gpgsm. In
other words, probably not worth it since it is temporary, but I don't know for
how long.

Commited, thanks for the ebuild!
