There is no mention of the package.provided file in the portage man page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type 'man portage'


Actual Results:  
The man page doesn't mention the file.

Expected Results:  
The portage man page should explain the existence and use of this file -- where
it goes, what it does, how to make entries in it, etc
