I noticed something strange was happening when ipv6calc dumped a new file in /etc/apache2.d/ . All my apache config is in /etc/apache2/ . The ebuild contains --disable-mod_ipv6calc, so there should not even be an apache module built. I tested configure in the ipv6calc source and found: ./configure correctly disables build of mod_ipv6calc (the configure help says it's disabled by default) ./configure --enable-mod_ipv6calc correctly enables mod_ipv6calc build ./configure --disable-mod_ipv6calc INcorrectly enables mod_ipv6calc build !

This happened before and I send a bunch of fixes upstream. It looks like an improper use of AC_ARG_ENABLE() at line 1404 of configure.in. (yeah, configure.in not .ac!) The 3rd parameter of AC_ARG_ENABLE() is supposed to be what to do if no flag is given, NOT what to do if --disable-mod_ipv6calc is used. A proper fix would involve running autoreconfig which is very annoying. Let me see if I can come up with a simpler fix since I want --disable-mod_ipv6calc unconditionally.
Okay this is "fixed" --- in quotes because the configure file still doesn't work, but I've been able to fool it into doing the right thing. I need to make upstream aware of what they're doing wrong in writing their configure.ac file. Please reopen if there are still more problems with this.

My appologies. It turned out my local clock was off by 5 seconds and so the push was rejected and I didn't notice till hours later.
