The LSI-tw_cli license says in section 7.1:
"Term. The term of this Agreement is five (5) years from the Effective Date, subject to renewal upon mutual agreement of the parties."

The ebuild for version 10.2.2.1 was added on 2014-01-04, so its license (including our right to redistribute it) may have expired by now.
