Description Matt Lorimer 2004-10-20 13:57:51 UTC
I recently added a gentoo mirror to this mirror box. I would like to be listed as an official mirror. I am mirroring everything. I would like to be a full mirror.

On another note, I noticed that when I sync to ibiblio like the howto tells me to, I get ~36GB, but when I sync with purdue.edu, I get somewhere around 67 GB. Your howto says I should be using ~60GB. Am I doing something wrong?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
point web-browser to http://mirror.usu.edu/mirrors/gentoo

or, set make.conf to point to http://mirror.usu.edu/mirrors/gentoo
Actual Results:
Get the mirror.

Expected Results:
Same thing

Thanks for helping out Gentoo. I have added your mirror to our list at http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors.xml. Please start synching from masterdistfiles.gentoo.org as the email I have sent to you instructs. We would like you to subscribe to the gentoo-mirrors Mailing List by sending an email to gentoo-mirrors-subscribe@lists.gentoo.org, as we send out notifications of updates, releases, and changes in policy to the mirrors. Once again, thanks for the hardware and bandwidth!

For Infrastructure,
Jeffrey
