Also in-tree net-dns/bind-9.12.3 is outdated and latest net-dns/bind-9.12.4 is EOL as of May 2019 (https://www.isc.org/downloads/). So getting current stable ESV 9.11.x or latest 9.14.2 in tree seems important to me.
