Installed ivtv-0.2.0_rc1j (after modifying the ebuild to work with the fetched file, "j" instead of "c"). Now when I run ivtvctl to set up my PVR-250, I get this, "test_ioctl has been renamed to ivtvctl. Use that instead!" But I am! :/

Same here, also, there's no test_ioctl to be found...I guess there's just a simple install command that's going wrong.

I was still installing test_ioctl as ivtvctl. It'll be fixed in cvs shortly
