sci-geosciences/gpsd-9999 does not build manpages, but it still requires the packages to build the man pages. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge \=sci-geosciences/gpsd-9999 2. man cgps Actual Results: manual pages not built. "No manual entry for cgps" Expected Results: Manual pages should build and install it's unilaterally disabled on line 121 and should only be for tarball ebuilds.
