Hello,

when emerging dev-libs/check-0.12.0 on a fresh Gentoo the error above occures. Sure I could manually emerge app-text/texi2html to solve this issue but I think the correct way would be to add the dependency to the check-0.12.0.ebuild file.

Adding dependency for dev-perl/libintl-perl or app-text/texi2html does not work.

perl-cleaner --all
resolved this issue
