The files shouldn't be downloaded from the original source, since the files
will
change when a new version is relaesed.

Your ebuild works fine. (There was a micro error in
LICENSE, it should not be "GPL2" but "GPL-2" because
LICENSE must match one in /usr/portage/lisences)
Added to CVS (dev-tex/latexdiff). Thanks for your 
contribution.
