kde-apps 18.08.3
kde-framework 5.54.0


For some days the desktop of my second user (tine) has a black screen as desktop when starting. Only ALT +F2 works for starting tasks. There is no taskbar, nothing. My standard user works fine. First I re-emerged the whole system and downgraded KDE/Plasma to stable. The error did not disappear. Also a new created user doesn't work and shows the same error. The plasma standard config files
plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc, plasmashellrc, plasmarc were not generated.
journalctl shows the following error when trying to login in the defective user:

Because of that I made a working user by copying the missing three .config files from my working user to a new created user. When executing "/usr/share/plasma/shells/org.kde.plasma.desktop/contents/layout.js" in interactive console the working plasma cashes down and I get a black desktop.

I had the same issue with Qt 5.12.1,kde-frameworks 5.55.0, kde-apps 18.12.3 and plasma 5.15.2.

Please re-open if you have the same problem with Qt 5.12.3, Plasma-5.16.2.
