When "compiling" dpencoder everything is fine, but when trying to run it, it can load the DB_File perl module, he module is in portage though..

I suppose this has to be added as a RDEPEND dependency ?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge dpencoder
2. run dpencoder


Actual Results:  
Missing DB_File module !

Expected Results:  
dpencoder should run fine :)

Please, add the dependency or drop this package... not too alive upstream anyway.

I would like to know what media-video had to do with this, but anyway, fixed the dependency, thanks Raphael.
