Pycdf doesn't install without dev-python/numeric installed.
This dep is not in the pycdf ebuild.
Workaround by first installing numeric manually.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge pycdf (with numeric not installed)
2. 
3.

Actual Results:  
Include error on numeric. (I don't have the original error anymore)


Expected Results:  
portage should install numeric first.

Checked the dependency on pycdf site. Fixed ebuild.
