Inside the documentation it's state that : "* The sixth field is .... The ROOT filesystem should have 1 as while the rest should have 2". The fstab template indicate the BOOT should have the value 1 and the other partitions the value 0

the documentation is synced; you're using an outdated baselayout/fstab

this has been resolved in cvs already
