Update contains amongst other things a security fix for bundled SQLite from:

- Magellan security fix

Renaming of the ebuild works for me:
[ebuild   R   ~] app-backup/spideroak-bin-7.5.0::mylocal  USE="X dbus" 0 KiB

All older versions should then be removed from tree.
