I would be pleased to see an option to save each repository in its own configuration file (instead of putting it all to $REPOS_CONF_SUBFILE). This would make it easier to modify the repos with an external script without the need to fully parse the conf file format. The file names could be prefixed by a string to avoid file name collision and to show that they are added by eselect-repository.
