I think I originally used git-mediawiki to create it.  However, I suppose you can just copy the source to a file, and apply the patch on top of it.

I've applied the patch from comment #3 to https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Foundation:Bylaws (it didn't apply cleanly, but conflicts were trivial to resolve).
