When is the monthly meeting for the board of trustees? I am aware of at least one item needing the board's attention, and I was advised by prom to poke about the meetings. I was also informed that there was some kind of poll in progress about a good day/time to actually meet. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. foundation has business 2. foundation doesn't meet 3. business doesn't get completely taken care of Actual Results: Business remains pending and unaddressed Expected Results: Board meets and takes care of it I checked with prom on at least the principles involved.
Just to pop in here. I agree the board should be working on normal business. I don't believe we need meetings to do so. In lieu of a meeting (which we have struggled to arrange due to scheduling issues) I've instead decided to adopt to a more remote model where we discuss proposals on gentoo-nfp and vote on bugs. I would like to see a meeting at some point but they are not strictly required. -A
