i won't add this useflag, it's overhead in my opinion

1.) the printing howto describes howto emerge the additional drivers
2.) i think we can add an einfo at the end of the emerge process that points to additional drivers

I see reasonable adding a commentary to add new drivers cups

cups does not depend on printer drivers, sorry
