Description Alexandre Rostovtsev (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-10-13 15:35:25 UTC
Compiling dclib-0.3.3 with hardened gcc-3.4.2-r2 results in an internal compiler error in sweep_string_variable, at protector.c ; this error occurs when using the hardened (standard) or hardenednossp profile. With vanilla profile, dclib-0.3.3 compiles fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE=hardened emerge =gcc-3.4.2-r2
2. gcc-config i686-pc-linux-gnu-3.4.2
3. emerge =dclib-0.3.3

Actual Results:
if /bin/sh ../../libtool --silent --mode=compile --tag=CXX g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H
