Meson is not in the dependencies of girara, but it’s necessary to have at least v0.47.1 of it in order to build successfully. Otherwise there would be compile error

meson_options.txt:1:0: ERROR:  Unknown type feature.

But meson-0.46.1 is still in the repo. Deprecate stable arch for girara then.
