app-emulation/wine-any-9999 pulls wine-4.0-rc1-13-g76bc23d8c6 (Staging) when wine-4.0-rc2 is available (released yesterday https://github.com/wine-mirror/wine/commit/4397d9497608a3df45a5c519a37f5dcde5cc2301).

Disclaimer: i've invoked `emerge --sync` and `emerge -uDU @world` prior to making this bug.

Issue is invalid, forgott that i need to use `emerge @live-rebuild`.
