It has now been 30 days since syncthing-0.14.52 made it into the tree. I think it's time to stabilise it, given it contains both important bug fixes and useful new features - one of the latter being built-in directory watcher. I have been running that version in production for almost as long as it has been in the tree and have yet to see any issues with it.
"Runtime testing required" is not a flag you just toggle because it sounds good ;) If you request runtime tests you have to provide a guide how you expect the package to be tested (don't expect that all arch team members know your package).
