I noticed no e-mail from bugzilla was getting through, probably since last night, probably related to the bugzilla outage reported on the gentoo-dev@ mailing list. Looks like it's not even arriving at woodpecker.

It was fixed earlier today.  FYI, filing a bug that bugmail doesn't go through isn't helpful, given that Bugzilla admins won't get mail about that bug.
