Recently (I don't know from when, but no more than few days or a couple of weeks) Virtualbox if run as user cannot see any USB device. I didn't change anything. I'm in the group vboxusers correctly: ~ $ groups tty disk lp wheel floppy audio cdrom sshd tape video games cdrw usb users sddm plugdev polkitd lpadmin oipenhab ntp input pcscd openct openhab realtime scanner rtkit vboxusers silvio It worked and now it doesn't work anymore. I googled a lot but I didn't find nothing. So I started to think it could be some libraries update of Gentoo portage. I've tried both last version: 5.2.22 and masked new versione: **6.0.0_beta2 but the problem still remains. I did not try to downgrade to previous versions.

Could it be reletet to my bug: https://bugs.gentoo.org/671348 I think they started more or less together.
Yesterday after an update of my system the: emerge -NDavu world propose me to recompile virtualbox. After that it seems to work fine. I leave this bug opened because it happens to have the same problem one time again today but I cannot reproduce it. However I think it is solved.
