Parsec is an application which allows to stream from a device to an another device(s) in a local network or on Internet (PC Desktop -> PC Laptop, PC Desktop -> Android Phone for example). The Linux version of this application allows only to be the Guest. The Host possibility from Linux is not implemented yet. You can find more explanations about Parsec in their website : https://parsecgaming.com/ And you can use the Parsec Wiki to configure correctly Parsec in the Host : https://support.parsecgaming.com/hc/en-us This application use P2P system for the streaming so i suggest "net-p2p" for the category.
