Greetings. This ebuild for msrc0 is a depedency for other ebuilds for some ksb tools (http://www.npcguild.org/software/pundits/) I'm about to submit. It's just a bootstrapping tool that lets you build these packages without using his own build system. I suggest it go in dev-util/msrc0.
