Attached is newsyslog-ebuild.tar.bz2 which contains the ebuild and supporting
files for this package.

newsyslog is an enhanced version of the newsyslog log rotation utility included
with FreeBSD, NetBSD and OpenBSD.

It would make sense to file this under app-admin since its similar in function
to the logrotate package.
