Description Matthew Marlowe (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2018-11-08 05:39:52 UTC
After install of zabbix init scripts, zabbix will not start because init scripts are not executable.

Tracked down to the fact that doinit is not changing file perms and the files are in git with read only perms. I tested in my own private repo changing the file perms and QA notices go away and init scripts run properly. Will include when commit zabbix-4.0.1-r1.

same problem with zabbix 3.4.14
Comment 2 Matthew Marlowe (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2018-11-30 05:25:22 UTC
This should be fixed in at least Zabbix 4.0.2. Please test and/or give feedback.
