Currently 3.0 and (~)3.4-r1 are in the tree. 3.5 has been released 1 Nov. 3.0 fails to work for myself and at least one users (gentoo-user mailing list) giving popup "The application server could not be contacted." (for me, it also never cleanly exited, requiring me to "kill -9." (Unfortunately, I use this so rarely, that I don't remember if 3.0 every worked for me, or if I just haven't used it since some upgrade.) 3.4-r1 works for me (with only minimal testing so far) but 3.5 has additional bug fixes (not sure if any are relevant to Gentoo users.) Note: https://bugs.gentoo.org/669658 is likely still relevant to 3.5.
