At the moment 0ad ebuild installs 0ad-0ad.desktop

This breaks Window Icon on (at least) Plasma Wayland desktop which expects desktop file to be named 0ad.desktop (icon is read from desktop file).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run 0ad with SDL_VIDEODRIVER=wayland 0ad

Actual Results:  
I see generic Wayland icon

Seems like our "make_desktop_entry" call from desktop.eclass cannot give the resulting .desktop file any other name. Dunno why...
