According to the Wayback Machine, the site has been dead for over 10 years. Here's the last good version: https://web.archive.org/web/20080224233246/http://aquablue.milkcafe.to:80/ A cursory web search doesn't turn up any reputable forwarding address (only “free download” sites), and reading the license text I'm not sure it's kosher to mirror it in the first place. It'd be a bummer to have to last-rite it but there may not be an option.
