The conf logic sets --with-ldap or --without-ldap to the inverse of the desired value.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge am-utils
2. ^Z during ./configure
3. ps auxww | grep configure

Actual Results:  
am-utils compiles --without-ldap in the presence of 'use ldap'.

Expected Results:  
Should have seen '--with-ldap'.
