While emerging dox, it mentions not being able to find htdig, htsearch, htindex despite them being previously installed as a dependency.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge dox without htdig previously installed.
Actual Results:  
htdig is installed as a dependency, but dox says it can't be find while
configuring itself

Expected Results:  
htdig is found

Did not find htdig, htmerge or htsearch.
  Full text search will not be available.
  Make sure these binaries are in your $PATH
  and rerun configure if you have htdig installed.

I can't reproduce this problem even though I uninstalled htdig and dox and tried all the different versions of htdig. Is it still a problem?
