I have a problem with ntlm in cyrus-sasl when used with postfix.
Outlook email clients have problems when I have --enable-ntlm and use TLS on my postfix. I know, it isn't cyrus-sasl's problem but still...

Please add a "ntlm" flag so I could disable this without editing the ebuild file. I maintain several gentoo servers and is a pain in the ... to do that on every new release of cyrus-sasl. Thanks.

use mech_list to allow only auth echanisms that you want, for example:
mech_list: LOGIN PLAIN DIGEST-MD5 CRAM-MD5
to exclude NTLM.

Sorry, I didn't thought you want a reply from me. It was more like a wish than a real issue. 
At the future cyrus-sasl update, I will check the mech_list option. Thanks.
