I notice that emerge asterisk persists in using a webserver ( apache ) to install.
AFAIK asterisk dont need any webserver to operate , but there exist some web app
to operate voicemail ( not asterisk itself ). I did emerge individual packages
from the dependency list until there was only apache (which I didnt want to have installed)
. Then I did emerge -u --nodep asterisk

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:  
I think the ebuild should be constructed to allow asterisk be installed without
any webserver.

webapp stuff has been removed from ebuild
