Hi guys

I was processing an older R bug assigned to me and noticed there is an update - 2.0.0 is out just recently. I added the 2.0.0 version (heavily based on 1.9.1 with minor adjustments). It tested out fine on amd64.
It has KEYWORDS="-*" for now as I would like some more testing, especially by now more regualr maintainers (Danny van Dyk ;)). Please test, unmask or modify as you see fit and close this bug.

Done. R-2.0.0 got ~arch keywords back. It now uses fortran.eclass with restrictions to f77 on 64-bit system and restrictions to f77 and f2c on all other systems.
