This is a proxied maintainer bug.

Please keep this bug open and assigned to you as long as you maintain at least
one package in Gentoo. Please use this bug to communicate:

- e-mail address changes,
- extended periods of unavailability,
- possible resignation from proxied maintainer status,
- and any other events related to your maintainer status.

Please make sure to read the bug mail from the bug tracker and reply to

Do we require any action on my contributions when using different email aliases? Depending on from where I work I'm using different aliases e.g. in Git commits.

Those are:

kai@kaishome.de (work from home)
kk@netactive.de (office context)
hurikhan77@gmail.com (uncommon for Github)

For bugs.gentoo.org operations I always use my single notification account hurikhan77+bgo@gmail.com, usually it doesn't show up in git commits.

Nope, Bugzilla email is only relevant to what's in metadata.xml.
Comment 3 Kai Krakow 2019-09-18 15:53:52 UTC
So, if I match metadata.xml with my bugzilla address, we are all set? No matter what the Git commit author line says?

Yes

I'm still maintaining my ebuilds but I need to catch up with the bugzilla requests. I couldn't actively catch up for a while but I'm working on the bug reports.
