Why do you need the older ebuilds ? automake-1.8.5-r1 and autoconf-2.59-r4 are (and have been for over a month) stable on all archs, so technically there is no need for the older ebuilds.
automake and autoconf have 1 ebuild each now those ebuilds have all arches stable i dont see the bug
