Hi!

The kde-apps/syndication package has been moved to kde-frameworks/syndication. However, the @kdepim set still includes the kde-apps version which creates conflicts with packages such as =kde-apps/kblog-18.08.1:5. Also, the kde-apps/syndication ebuild can no longer be found in the overlay.

ASturm said that this set is only for stable packages.
For unstable packages, use e.g. @kdepim-18.08 or @kdepim-live.
