Ramme is an OS Instagram client for the desktop:
https://github.com/terkelg/ramme

It would be nice to see it added to the tree.

there is a package for arch. This might be a start when writing an ebuild:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ramme

The bug list is quite long and the project does not seem to be very active.
I suggest to put the ebuild rather on an overlay first.
